Run it as a walk behind across floors, hard surfaces and resilient flooring. Set water to soil level, guide the 450mm brush at 150rpm, then overlap passes so the rear vacuum leaves the floor dry for traffic. It scrubs and vacuums dry in one pass, which keeps aisles open.

The chassis weighs 67kg with 40 litre solution and recovery tanks, 450mm brush, 20m cable and 42m cleaning range. The 150rpm action with 1500W brush and 1200W vacuum motors holds performance on industrial soils. Mains supply keeps output steady through the shift.

Inspect brushes for wrapped debris and wash tanks after each shift. Store with squeegees raised so blades keep their edge.
