How quickly do you come back with a quote?
Same working day for straightforward sites. If we need to walk the site first, we’ll book that within the week.

Yes. Multi-site clients get one account manager and a single reporting line, with visit logs per site.
Are your teams employed or subcontracted?
Directly employed and DBS-checked.
Can you work outside opening hours?
Most cleaning and facade work is done before opening or after close. Gritting runs before the site opens.
What paperwork do we get?
RAMS before the first visit, insurance and accreditation certificates on request, and visit logs you can hand to an auditor.
