Ordering from us
2.1
When using the online checkout, before the final part of the ordering process, you will be able to check and amend any part of your order before the transaction is completed. Once the order has been completed, we will send you an order acknowledgement by email with details of the products you have ordered.
2.2
Once we have sent you an order acknowledgement, your order will be processed and dispatched. Unless a different lead time is shown on the website, at checkout or on the product page, standard orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on stock availability, courier performance and delivery location.

There are instances where an order may not be accepted or processed.

If goods have already been dispatched and you wish to return them, please contact us first. If you are exercising a statutory right to cancel an online consumer order, you should notify us within 14 days of delivery and return the goods without undue delay. Returned goods should be unopened, unused and in their original packaging where this is reasonably possible.
4.3
Unless the return is due to our error or a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, the cost of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. We recommend that returns are sent by tracked courier or signed for delivery service. Once your item has been received and checked by our team, we will issue any refund due in accordance with your statutory rights and our returns process. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights.

8.3
Machinery sold by us comes with a 12 month return to base warranty unless otherwise stated in writing. If your machine needs repair, parts or inspection, it is your responsibility to arrange return unless otherwise agreed. We may provide onsite servicing or repairs at an additional cost where this has been agreed in advance.
Coupons
9.1
Only one coupon can be used per order unless stated otherwise.
9.2
We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, withdraw or amend any coupon without prior notice.
9.3
Coupons are only valid until the date displayed on them and are subject to any additional terms shown on the relevant offer.
Competition
The following terms apply where we run a competition through the website or other media.
10.1
The promoter is Impact Support Solutions Limited trading as Impact Supplies.
10.2
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter a competition unless stated otherwise on the competition details.
10.3
The closing date for entry will be stated on the competition. After this date, no further entries will be permitted.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
10.5

10.6
We reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice where necessary because of events outside our reasonable control, including an actual or anticipated breach of applicable law or regulation.

We are not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied by any third party connected with a competition.

No cash alternative to prizes will be offered. Prizes are not transferable and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute a prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

Winners will be chosen by a member of the Impact management team unless another process is stated on the competition details.

The winner will normally be notified within 28 days of the closing date unless stated otherwise. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and choose a replacement winner.
10.11
We will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected or request delivery information if the prize is being sent out.
10.12
Our decision in respect of all matters relating to a competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10.13
By entering a competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
10.14
Competitions and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10.15
Where permitted by law, the winner agrees to the use of their name and image in publicity relating to the competition. Any personal data relating to the winner or other entrants will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

Entry into a competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a competition is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform used to promote it.
Special offers and free gifts
The following terms apply where special offers or free gifts are made available.

Special offers and free gifts may not apply to credit account customers where their company purchasing policy does not allow participation in such offers.
11.2
From time to time, offers and free gifts may change without notice.
11.3
We reserve the right to cancel offers and free gifts at any time without notice.

No cash alternative to offers or free gifts will be offered. Offers and free gifts are not transferable and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute an item with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
11.5
If a buyer returns products linked to an offer or free gift, the free gift must also be returned or the cash value of the offer or free gift may be deducted from the refund where permitted.
Payment
12.1
We take payment from your card or PayPal account when your order is placed or shortly afterwards as part of order processing, subject to payment checks and stock availability. Goods are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply goods, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible and refund any money already paid for those unavailable goods.
12.2
To help prevent fraud and unauthorised use of payment methods, we may validate the name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process using appropriate third party verification tools or databases. Any personal information processed for these purposes will be handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy, the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
12.3
If we discover an error in the price of goods ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide you with the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you choose to cancel and have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
