Numatic TBL8572

Distribution depots, production halls and logistics warehouses demand more productive cleaning paths than standard single-disc walk-behinds can deliver. The twin-brush TBL8572 pairs a wide 720mm scrub width with an 85L tank to make large warehouse floors a straightforward single-shift task.

The TBL8572 suits factories, distribution sheds and production halls with large floor plates. Fill the 85L tank, scrub with the twin 370mm deck giving a 720mm path, and recover in the same pass. The 400W traction drive travels up to 4.2km per hour, so lane speed matches walking pace without pushing. Runtime runs 3 hours with two batteries or 4 hours 30 with three, which lets supervisors match packs to floor size. Dimensions at 948 by 1513 by 1144mm decide door, lift and storage planning.

The twin 370mm deck totals a 720mm scrub width behind the 85L tank, the widest walk behind path in this batch. NX1K lithium batteries scale runtime by count rather than by a single fixed figure. Traction drive plus the large tank shifts the operator’s job toward route planning and edge detailing rather than fill logistics.

Slot battery charging into the shift plan, since three packs need dock space and charge sequencing. Rinse the large tank, inspect both brush heads for uneven wear, and check the traction drive for wrapped strapping. Keep twin brush and blade sets in stock as pairs, because running mismatched wear across a 720mm deck leaves visible lane marks.
