The NuShine HNS1550G suits retail floors, concourses, school halls and hospital corridors with sealed vinyl, linoleum, tile or stone. Dust mop first to remove grit that would scratch under a fast head, then burnish in long straight lanes at walking pace with slight overlap. Add the optional 4L solution tank for spray burnishing passes, misting lightly ahead of the head so the pad works a damp film rather than a wet slurry.

The head turns at 1500rpm across a 500mm brush and pad diameter, driven by a 1500W motor in a 25kg frame. Automatic Torque Control steadies the head when the pad grabs, which matters at this speed on large open floors. The optional 4L tank adds solution feed for spray work without changing the machine’s balance or pass width.

Blow or brush dust from the motor vents after burnishing days, and store pads flat or hung so they keep their shape for the next high speed pass. Keep burnishing pads separate from scrubbing pads so grit never transfers to the gloss stage.
