DD10 Detergent Degreaser

Light grease films sit on counters and splash zones where strong alkali feels excessive. DD10 gives everyday detergent degreasing that lifts those films without the harsh profile of an oven stripper.

Use it for daily degreasing in kitchens, cafes and food prep corners. Spray onto the surface from a 750ml spray bottle with trigger head, agitate with a coded cloth, then wipe and rinse food contact areas. It suits cook lines, servery counters and wash up areas between deep cleans.

The formula reads pH 5.5 to 7.5, near neutral, which helps on surfaces that dislike strong alkali. Decant into the 750ml spray bottle for the normal application route. No dilution is listed, so follow the label for contact and rinsing.

Keep a labelled bottle per food area and launder cloths by colour. Store the concentrate upright and check spray triggers for clogs on the weekly clean.
