Local roots, UK reach

Based in Garston, Liverpool, and North Wales, supplying customers across the UK.

Our story

Grown by staying practical, reliable and straightforward.

Impact Support Solutions was founded in 2007 and is still a family business today. The experience behind it goes back more than thirty years, so our approach has always been grounded in the day-to-day reality of running a site: what gets used, what wears out and what actually keeps a building clean.

We started with a simple aim: reliable support, honest advice and practical help that clients can come back to. As customers trusted us with more, the business grew from janitorial supply into site services, including commercial cleaning, window cleaning, grounds maintenance, pest control and winter gritting.

Along the way we began developing our own products. The Impact range covers cleaning chemicals, floor care and washroom essentials, made to be economical without cutting corners on quality. We keep refining each line based on how it performs on real sites.

Being independent and family run means decisions are made close to the customer. We keep communication clear, stay dependable and make it easy to get what you need.

Our values

The values behind everything we do

01

Reliable

We do what we say we will do and keep you informed. If something changes, you hear it from us first.

02

Practical

Advice and solutions shaped by real site conditions, not by a catalogue or a standard template.

03

Professional

Standards, presentation and accountability matter, whether we are delivering products or working on your site.

04

Supportive

Easy to deal with and straight with our advice, even when the right answer is the simpler or cheaper option.

Our approach

Janitorial problems, solved properly

A floor that will not come up clean, a washroom that keeps running out, a site that needs a better routine. Whatever the problem, we deal with it the same way: quickly, effectively and with a clear answer.

We get to the cause

We listen, ask the right questions and look at the site where it helps. Fixing the cause matters more than a quick patch.

We recommend what works

The right product, method or service for the job. Often that is one of our own Impact products, built for performance and value.

We act without delay

As a family business, there are no layers of sign-off between you and a decision. You get a straight answer and a practical next step.

We stay involved

We follow up, check the solution is working and refine it as your site and its needs change.

Impact products

Our own product ranges, continually improved

We develop Impact-branded cleaning chemicals, floor care and washroom products as a dependable alternative to the big brands. They are made to perform on real sites, priced to be economical and concentrated where it makes sense. Every line is reviewed and refined as we learn from how it is used.

  • Cost-effective formulations and pack sizes
  • Consistent quality you can rely on every day
  • Improved over time, based on real-site feedback

GO Green

Clean sites, with a lighter footprint.

Professional cleaning uses a lot of chemicals, plastic, water and energy. As a family business we want to hand things on in better shape than we found them, so sustainability is part of how we work, not a label we add afterwards.

GO Green is how we put that into practice: lower-impact products, less packaging and smarter ways of cleaning, chosen because they do the job as well as what they replace. A product only gets the GO Green tag when the benefit is real.

Less plastic

Concentrates, refills and refillable dispensers and spray bottles mean fewer containers used and thrown away.

Recycled materials

Equipment such as mop buckets made from recycled plastic, giving material a second life.

Efficient equipment

Energy-efficient machines and long-lasting kit that do the job with less power and less waste.

Right product, right dose

Correct dilution and the right product for each job cut chemical waste, cost and harm to the environment.

Standards

Accredited, insured and ready for structured site requirements

We work with the procedures, documentation and site expectations larger organisations rely on, including trained staff, clear processes, appropriate insurance and a structured approach to health and safety.

SafeContractorConstructionline GoldBPCAFWC

Public liability cover

Appropriate insurance in place, with certificates available on request.

RAMS available

Risk assessments and method statements for the work we carry out on site.

DBS-checked staff

For schools, healthcare settings and any site that requires it.

COSHH-aware team

Safe handling of cleaning chemicals, backed by up-to-date safety data sheets.
