1 Introduction
1.1 You will be able to access most areas of this Website without registering your details with us. Certain areas of this Website are only open to you if you register.
1.2 Please be aware that we may revise these terms and conditions at any time. You should always check the current terms and conditions when accessing the website and if you do not wish to accept any new terms and conditions, you should not continue to use this Website.
2 Ordering From Us
2.1 When using the online checkout, before the final part of the ordering process, you will be able to check and amend any part of the order before the transaction is complete. Once the order has been completed we will send you an order acknowledgement via e-mail, with details of the products you have ordered.
2.2 Once we have sent you an order acknowledgement your order will be processed and dispatched and normally delivered within 3/5 business days.
2.3 There are instances where an order may not be accepted or processed.
• (a) When goods are not available.
• (b) If we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment.
• (c) If there has been a pricing or product description error.
• (d) If you do not meet certain criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
• (e) If you cancel the order before the order acknowledgement has been sent.
3 Pricing
3.1 All prices exclude VAT (where applicable) at the current rate. VAT will be calculated and shown at the checkout before you place an order.
3.2 We review our prices regularly.
4 Cancellation and Returns Policy
4.1 If you wish to cancel your order:
• (a) you can notify us by sending an email to info@impact-supplies.co.uk or calling us on 0844 504 5155 before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
• (b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning the goods to us in accordance with clause 4.2 below.
4.2 If you wish to return your order you can do so within 7 days of receipt for a full refund (less original delivery cost) providing your item is un-opened, un-used, and in original packaging. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. We advise that any returns are sent either by tracked courier or by a signed for delivery service. Failure to do so could result in a refund being refused. Once your item has been received and checked by our team, we will issue a refund, less the cost of the original delivery fee.
The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights.

You are not permitted to copy/print and or download extracts from this website for business, commercial or industrial use, except where informational downloads have already been provided.

8 Dislaimer
8.1 We try and ensure that all information regarding products on this website are up to date and accurate. Occasionally information may be out of date. This may include descriptions, photographs and or prices.
8.2 The products on this website are not tested by us before dispatch. They are sold by us as provided by our suppliers. If you receive an item that has a manufacturing fault we cannot be liable for the fault. Please contact us on 0844 504 5155 immediately to discuss your options. Some manufacturers will need to contact you directly on the information provided to arrange a replacement direct with you.
8.3 Machinery sold comes with a 12 month return to base warranty only. If for any reason your machine needs repair, parts or inspection it is your responsibility to arrange a return. We can provide onsite servicing/repairs at an additional cost only if pre agreed.
9 Coupons
9.1 Only one coupon can be used per order.
9.2 We have the right to cancel any coupons without prior notice.
9.3 Coupons are only valid until the date displayed on them.
10 Competition (Via website or other media)
10.1 The promoter is: Impact Supplies trading as Impact Support Solutions Limited.
10.2 There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
10.3 Closing date for entry will be stated on the competition. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
10.4 No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
10.5 The rules of the competition and the prize for each winner can be found on the competition.
10.6 The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter's control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
10.7 The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
10.8 No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
10.9 Winners will be chosen by a member of Impact Supplies Management Team.
10.10 The winner will be notified within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
10.11 The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected or request delivery information if the prize has been offered with delivery.
10.12 The promoter's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10.13 By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
10.14 The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
10.15 The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent.
10.16 Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
10.17 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. 11 Special offers and free gifts
11.1 Special offers and free gifts are not applicable to credit accounts who's company does not allow participation of such offers.
11.2 From time to time, offers and free gifts will change without notice.
11.3 We reserve the right to cancel offers and free gifts at any time without notice.
11.4 No cash alternative to offers or free gifts will be offered. Offers or free gifts are not transferable and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
11.5 If the buyer needs to return products linked to offers or free gifts, these must also be returned or the cash value of the offer/free gift will be deducted from the total return amount prior to a refund taking place.
12 Payment
12.1 We take payment from your card or PayPal account at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card or PayPal details and stock availability. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods. 12.2 To ensure that your credit, debit, charge card or PayPal account is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made. In performing these checks personal information provided by you may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of that information. You can rest assured that this is done only to confirm your identity, that a credit check is not performed and that your credit rating will be unaffected. All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
12.3 a) Online price errors. If we discover an error in the price of goods ordered or reserved, we will inform you as soon as possible (e.g. prior to the goods being despatched or in store prior to the collection of the goods). We will provide you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you choose to cancel and have already paid for the goods you will receive a full refund.
b) If you reserve a product and the price changes (due to normal fluctuations e.g. goods going into or coming out of promotion) before you collect the item, you may request to pay the lowest of i) the price on reservation or ii) the prevailing price in store at the time of collection. This will also apply if your reservation is extended but not if the reservation collection window has expired.
